1. About HireHotline

HireHotline is an AI-powered candidate screening service operated by John Amorosso ("we," "us," or "our"). Our platform allows employers and staffing firms ("Clients") to deploy an automated AI phone screening agent to interview job candidates on their behalf. HireHotline is accessible at hirehotline.com and related subdomains.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using HireHotline, you ("Client" or "User") agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you are using HireHotline on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use HireHotline.

3. Description of Service

HireHotline provides an AI-driven telephone screening service that conducts structured interviews with job candidates via automated phone calls. Clients configure screening questions and parameters; the AI agent conducts calls and returns transcripts and results to the Client dashboard.

The service is intended as a screening and triage tool only. HireHotline does not make hiring decisions and is not a substitute for human judgment in the employment process.

HireHotline is a technology tool and does not provide legal advice. We make no representation that use of HireHotline will result in compliance with any employment law, regulation, or agency guidance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your screening processes comply with all applicable laws. We strongly recommend consulting qualified legal counsel before deploying AI-based screening in your hiring process.

8. Candidate Consent and Call Recording

Screening calls conducted through HireHotline may be recorded. It is the Client's sole responsibility to ensure that all applicable consent and disclosure requirements are met before initiating a call with any candidate, including compliance with federal wiretapping laws and all applicable state call recording consent statutes (including two-party consent states). We are not responsible for any failure to obtain required consents.

9. Subscription and Payment

Access to HireHotline is provided on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the service following a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials associated with HireHotline are the property of John Amorosso or his licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any HireHotline materials without our express written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

HIREHOTLINE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JOHN LARSON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF HIREHOTLINE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE ONE (1) MONTH PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless John Amorosso and his agents and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to: (a) your use of HireHotline; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) any employment decision made in connection with the service.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to HireHotline at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of HireHotline following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
