Client account data is retained for the duration of the subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter. Screening recordings and transcripts are retained for up to 90 days following the date of the call, after which they are deleted from our systems. Clients are encouraged to download and store outputs they wish to retain beyond that period.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. However, no transmission of data over the internet and no method of storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information.

Candidates who wish to inquire about data collected during a screening call should contact the employer or recruiter (Client) who initiated the call, as they are the data controller for that information. We will cooperate with reasonable Client-directed deletion requests.
